Shanna Mack

Shanna Mack joined First Commonwealth in March, 2019. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in COBRA, billing, HRA and FSA administration. Shanna works closely with the Account Executive to implement client employee benefit strategies and programs. She acts as a primary liaison for HR Managers, carriers, vendors and TPA’s. Shanna performs a variety of support activities in large group account administration of fully insured and self-insured groups, including managing all aspects of executing open enrollments, renewals, general group benefit questions, responding to concerns, claim issues and day to day issue resolution. 

Shanna holds a Pennsylvania Agents License in Accident & Health and takes pride in cultivating and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors while providing superior client service.

Shanna and her husband reside in Blairsville, PA and have a son and daughter.
